I Love Remaking Clothes

I love fashion!  My lifestyle is being a mom and hair stylist. I hardly ever go out to night clubs, and I don't wear dresses and high heels anymore.  I enjoy thinking about what styles to wear.  I choose comfortable, easy to wash and original fashion items. Actually, to be original is always important to me. I wish I could make my own clothes but I don't have the time for that at this moment in my life. So, I re-make my clothes to be original. 

The denim I'm wearing in the photo above was my hubby's denim. I cut the hem short and cut vertical fringes. My T-shirt is cut around the neck and I cut horizontal cuts in the back of the T-shirt to be a little bit more interesting. My son's T-shirt is a Hanes t-shirt.  I cut around the neck, sleeve, and hem of the T-shirt to make it look softer and more stylish. Also, I cut off a logo from his old California republic T-shirt and I sewed it on the side of the T-shirt. We also love this fringe bag!  I made them from old t-shirts. It is really easy to make. You don't need to sew, you just need scissors. I will show you how to make this bag in my next blog. Stay tuned!  

ファッション大好き！現在のライフスタイルは母業＋ヘアスタイリストが中心。夜に遊びに行くこともほとんどなくなったので、セクシーなドレスとヒールは履かなくなったけど、今日は何を着ようかな？と毎日ワクワクしています。今のライフスタイルに欠かせない服の条件は動きやすい、洗濯しやすい、そして、これはいつの時代も変わらない私のファッションポリシーなオリジナルである事。自分で服を作れればいいけど、そんな事している時間もないんで、今はリメイクでオリジナル感を出しています。例えば、上の写真の私のデニムは夫のお下がり：）ダメージ加工して、裾はデニムを縦に切ってフリンジ加工しました。そして、Tシャツは襟ぐりをカットして、バックは横に切り込みを入れて背中をチラ見せ。袖もくるっとしてこなれ感をプラス。息子のTシャツはヘインズので、３枚入りで１２ドル：）これを、襟ぐり、袖、裾を切りくるっとさせることによりソフト感が出ておしゃれに。それからサイドに彼が大きくなって着れなくなったTシャツのロゴを切り取り貼り付けた。そして、今日のポイントは私達が持っているフリンジのバック。このバックはTシャツから作ったんだよ。めちゃ簡単に一切針と糸を使わずに作れますよ。次回のブログではこのバッグの作り方を紹介したいと思います。お楽しみに！
