1. Remove the core of the Tomato.

2. Cut the bottom of the tomato in a cross.

3. Wash the 2 cup of rice, add water LESS THAN 2 CUP! (about 2 table spoon less than regular water amount) Water is coming out from the vegetable, so better to add less than the regular amount of water. Otherwise, the rice will be too wet and soggy. 

3. 2合のお米を洗ったあと、水を通常の2合より少なめに足す(だいたい大さじ2杯分少なくする)野菜から水分が出るんで、水を少なめにしておかないと、べちゃべちゃなご飯になるよ。

4. Add chicken bouillon.

5. Mix Chicken bouillon in to water well.

5. チキンブイヨンを水に溶けるようによく混ぜる。

6. Add salt and pepper. I used crazy salt.

6. 塩コショウを足す。私はクレイジーソルトを使用。

7. Put the tomato on top of the rice.

7.トマトを真ん中に投入。

8. Add corn and edamame.

8. コーンと枝豆も加える。

9. Set the rice cooker to cook at the  white rice ( regular ) setting.

9. 炊飯器にセットして、普通に炊く。

10. Break down the tomato and mix everything together.

10. トマトをつぶすように他の具とかき混ぜ合わせる。

Once the rice is ready, mix well and you are done! Super easy, tasty and healthy. Great recipe for a busy mom!  This rice is good with a combination of scallions and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

2 cups of rice

1 tomato

Water, 2 table spoon less than 2 cups

1 chicken bouillon

Salt and pepper(to taste) 

Corn and edamame: about 3 table spoons each
